Green pool recovery and storm cleanups are quoted separately. Pools larger than 20,000 gallons, spas and commercial or HOA pools are quoted individually. Prices shown are for single-family residential pools in our service area.

We keep routes tight so your tech is on time. If you're close to one of these and don't see your neighborhood, ask; we add streets as routes fill.
Things people ask before they sign up.
Do you do repairs, pumps, filters or installs?
No. We are a cleaning and water-chemistry service only. If your tech spots a problem with equipment, you get a note in your photo report and, if you want it, a referral to a licensed pool contractor. We do not touch it, and we do not mark it up.
What if it rains on my day?
We still come. A normal Gulf Coast afternoon shower does not stop a cleaning or a chemistry check. If a named storm or lightning shuts routes down, we text you the makeup day.
Do I have to be home?
No. We just need gate access. You get the photo report either way, so you always know the visit happened and what the water looked like.
My pool is green. Can you fix it?
Yes. Green pool recovery is a separate one-time job, quoted after a look at the pool and filter type. Once it is clear, weekly service keeps it that way.
Is there a contract?
No. Weekly service is billed monthly and you can cancel with two weeks notice.
Salt pool or chlorine, does it matter?
Both are the same monthly price. Salt pools get a cell inspection with every visit; chlorine pools get the sanitizer included. Either way the chemistry is logged and sent to you.
Do you need a license for this?
Weekly cleaning and chemical balancing of a residential pool does not require a state contractor license in Florida, and we stay strictly inside that scope. Anything involving equipment goes to a licensed contractor.
